Sometimes, we just need to be heard. In world that moves fast and often feels overwhelming, having a space where you can speak freely-without judgment, or interruption - can be deeply healing. During an hour of empathetic listening, I offer my full grounded presence, compassion and mindful listening to truly hear you. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeing stuck, or simply need to process your thoughts out loud, this session is a gentle refuge. Your voice matters, and I’m here to listen.

Custom Guided Meditation

A meditation made just for you. Whether you’re seeking support for relaxation, self compassion, or a specific life challenge, a custom guided meditation can help you find peace in a way that truly resonates. I take the time to understand your needs, intentions and preferences to create a meditation that feels personal, grounding and deeply supportive.

With my experience in mindfulness and compassionate guidance, I will craft a guided meditation that speaks directly to your life and situation. This option is available as a recorded mediation, or through a 1:1 Zoom meeting. Each meditation will be approximately 15-20 minutes long.
