Through one on one mindfulness coaching, empathetic listening, and guided meditation offerings, I offer the space to help you cultivate awareness, self compassion, and resilience.

No matter where you are on your journey, I will meet you with kindness and compassion, as well as non-judgment and a deep understanding of life’s challenges. You don’t need any experience in mindfulness, or meditation to start.
