A little bit about who I am and what I offer:
The past 5 years has been about me coming into my most authentic self, through mindfulness practices. It is an innate part of my life. I’m passionate about sharing mindfulness practices with others who are looking to understand how to sit with difficulties, listen to their bodies, regain trust in themselves, gather internal resourcing tools for calming the central nervous system, and so much more.
I offer 1:1 Coaching/Teachings, as well as free weekly meditation meetups weekly via zoom. Please reach out with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
